Our Story
Waffle'n Joe starts with Sue'n Joe
We are Joe & Sue, a couple married for over 40 years with two kids, a son-in-law, two granddaughters and a meddlesome puppy. Joe spent decades in the culinary field first as a chef and then in management, and Sue was a teacher in the public school system for a number of years. We strive to make everyone we come in contact with feel like family, and like many Italian families, we show our care and love through food.
Our passion is preparing amazing food with fresh, high-quality ingredients with distinctive flavors. We began serving up coffee and waffles in January 2018 and are proud to share our small-batch, artisan-roasted coffee with you!

Change the way you experience coffee. We want you to experience coffee in a new way. We provide coffee that is artisan roasted to pull out the unique flavors of each origin.

Provide educational opportunities for you to find your perfect cup. We invite you to our tastings. Similar to a wine tasting, this experience will help you identify attributes of individual coffee varietals, roasts, and different growing regions. You can then find your favorite coffee, creating your own custom blend.

Be good neighbors. We do this by making ecologically responsible decisions in the packaging and products we provide. We also committed to local sourcing where possible and fair agricultural practices.
